Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your book. If you want to return your book contact us at info@withoutsanctuary.com or by replying to the shipping notification you received when you ordered the book. If the book arrived damaged, include a photo of the packaging along with your request.

Once we acknowledge the return, ship the book within 14 days of approval. Pack the book for safe undamaged arrival. Package tracking is strongly encouraged.

We will replace the book or refund you based on your preference. If the item was damaged in shipment and you want a refund we will refund the cost of the book, original shipping, and pay for return shipping. If you just changed your mind after seeing the book we refund the cost of the book and the original shipping cost.
